We get curious about Motherhood - our own experiences as a child who was raised by mother/mother-like figures. our observation of other mothers, and our own lived experience. We develop our unique parenting philosophy through a series of guided exercises that will allow you to get clarity on what matters most to you & guides you in making decisions that works best for you, your child & family. 

We touch about the challenges of maternal wellbeing in modern motherhood (juggling family vs career, expectations of our role as a mother etc) and our experiences in worthiness & identity shifts since becoming a mother. We take actions to free ourselves from the mental load & mis-aligned expectations.

We dive into the importance of connection, mindfulness and self-compassion, and learn practical tools on emotional & nervous system regulation that help us to manage the stresses & triggers in life & parenting.

We talk about the magic of secure parent-child relationships, how to make sense of our child’s emotional world and learn strategies that build trust, love & connection with our child.
